Welcome to Resarv! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern how you use our website and services. By accessing or using Resarv, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Using Resarv
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and guidelines.
Bookings and Payments
- Bookings are subject to availability and may be governed by a service provider’s cancellation or refund policy.
- All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways (such as M-Pesa, card).
- You are responsible for any activity or charges linked to your Resarv account.
Your Conduct
- No fraud, spamming, or harassment.
- No unauthorized access or hacking attempts.
- No use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on Resarv—including our logo, platform design, text, images, and software—is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reuse, or modify our content without written permission.
Disclaimers and Liability
- Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We make no guarantees about uninterrupted service or specific results.
- We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including missed appointments or provider disputes.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Cancellations and Refunds
To balance customer flexibility and provider protection, Resarv applies the following default cancellation and refund matrix, unless a service provider specifies otherwise:

| Under 2 hours / No-show | 0% |
- Refunds may be issued back to your Resarv wallet credits, depending on the provider’s policy.
- Some bookings (such as promotional offers or prepaid packages) may be marked as non-refundable. These terms will always be displayed clearly before payment.
- Providers may set stricter or more flexible rules, which will apply to their bookings in addition to or instead of Resarv’s defaults.
